the food is 100% vegetarian if not vegan and raw options
- they use alternatives to dairy and other animal products where possible
- all of the food is 100% natural and freshly made in house
- offer a balance of macronutrients on our menu
- offer an array of alkalizing dishes, such as green leafy vegetables, certain fruits and pulses
- avoid frying, steam where possible, apply as low heat for as short as possible. sprout legumes and nuts and serve veg with the skin
- run their kitchen on Eco Principles, saving water, gas and electricity where possible and recycling much of our waste.

either for take away or eat in you can mix and match from their hot buffet and salad bar in three sizes (small 3,90 - large 5,90 - massive plate 7,90) from their daily specials
on the menu always are sandwiches and soup as well
gorgeous smoothies and fresh juices
their cakes (brownies, scones, muffins "cheesecake") usually are all vegan
and extremely delicious raw sweets to de for (e.g. maca bites, guarana truffles, lemon lavender truffles, coconut bites...)
moreover you can choose between 3 milks (cow´s milk, soya milk and rice milk)

very comfortable atmosphere with a great view on the canal, extremely nice staff! they even indicate which of their products are gluten/wheat/nut/soya-free!

they sell also raw food essentials like yukon or goji beriies, books and natural remedies with bach flower essences

in the evening they often have a special programm and even serve cocktails, wine and beer.
